Z has to be for "Zip," the show-stopping number from Rodgers and Hart's *Pal Joey.* I fell in love with this song thanks to the performance by the great Elaine Stritch in *Elaine Stritch At Liberty.* Of course she turns it into a whole three-act opera about HER, but isn't that what we love about Miss Stritch?

And last but possibly least, Rita Hayworth in the movie. She really delivers but it doesn't quite land, do you agree? Part of it is that it's not her singing, and the new movie lyrics don't help. This YouTube production adds some audio that wasn't included in the movie. Interesting.
