Fabulous Friday: "Straight Shooter"

My friend Holly was in town early this week from Seattle and we met for breakfast on Monday at the SoHo Diner. I hadn't been there and fell in love. They have an Orange Julius on the menu - - I hadn't had one of those since the 80s. And more to the point of this post, they play groovy music. Holly was in the middle of a story and I had to interrupt her and say, "I'm so sorry, you have to stop talking, I'm having a severe conflict of interest. I LOVE THIS SONG." They were playing "Straight Shooter" by The Mamas and the Papas. Fabulous song.
