I've been looking forward to this one! The Best Supporting Actress winner in 1974 was Ingrid Bergman in *Murder on the Orient Express.* She was very sweet in that movie but the role of a mousy Swedish missionary was really a big nothing and jeez, the lady had two Oscars at home. Come on. The winner should have been Valentina Cortese for *Day For Night,* playing a hot mess of an Italian actress in a French movie. She is HILARIOUS. The clip below is really one of my favorite clips in any movie.
