Richard alerted me to the death of English actor Helen McCory. She was only 52, died of cancer. You might not know her name but you've probably seen her work: she played Cherie Blair in *The Queen* and Draco Malfoy's mother, Narcissa Malfoy, in the Harry Potter movies. My favorite role of hers was as Madame Kali, the queen witch, on *Penny Dreadful.* Here she is with Eva Green. McCory is in in the blue dress.
