The whole world is having a Leonard Bernstein moment right now, his hundredth birthday would be on 8/25. I'm going to devote the next four Fridays to him - - a genius, an American original, and one of the poster children (on the WRONG side of the aisle) of the #MeToo movement. Which isn't getting so much press (that I'm seeing, anyway) in this celebratory year.
