This was a little tricky:

Diva: Harry Reasoner

Mensch: Barbara Walters

Their thorny relationship was legendary. Walters was chosen to co-host the ABC Evening News in 1976, and Reasoner was NOT happy about it. The tricky thing about this choice is that my first impression was to make Walters the Diva and Reasoner the Mensch, but it was really the other way around. At least according to Walters.
